To achieve our mission, we offer integrative services which incorporates both Western and Eastern Medicine modalities. These include Mental Health Counseling, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), East Asian Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Nutritional Counseling, Lifestyle Modification Recommendations, Gua Sha, and Moxibustion), Mindfulness, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, among others.
