“Helping people is a privilege.” For more than twenty-five years, I’ve supported children, adolescents, adults, and families through moments of change, stress, and growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in listening deeply. I meet clients exactly where they are, move at their pace, and help them make sense of what they’re feeling so they can move toward meaningful change.
I work with clients who want to understand patterns that are no longer serving them — whether that’s anxiety, being overwhelmed, people pleasing, perfectionism, relationship stress, or major life transitions. Together we explore what’s underneath these experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience.
My style integrates solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness strategies & strengths-based work. Clients often tell me they feel heard, supported, & empowered to make choices that align with who they want to be. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where your voice matters, your goals guide our work, and growth becomes possible.
