I specialize in working with queer, trans, and non-binary college and graduate students, including folks who experience intersectional oppression (queer and trans folks who are BIPOC, disabled, undocumented, etc.). My areas of focus include trauma (including oppression-based trauma), anxiety and stress, chronic pain and illness, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and impacts of experiencing privilege and oppression. My approach is body positive, polyamory and non-monogamy affirming, and BDSM & kink friendly.

A session with me might include:
- Somatic (body-based) practices that can help you feel less overwhelmed and connect more easily to good feelings
- Curious, non-judgmental exploration of your present moment experience that allows you to engage in your life with more ease and flexibility
- Identifying helpful and unhelpful patterns in thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and environments as well as strategies for change
