Currently I offer telehealth session, nature based therapy, and can see clients in my office in Littleton, CO at Believing in Kids & Families Group Practice. I have worked across varied populations, from children to young adults, often in school or higher education settings. I am eager and excited about helping students through life's major transitions-particularly emerging adulthood. This life stage can feel especially stressful as young people are often attempting to navigate a brand new environment, community, and campus culture. I am passionate about supporting young adults in balancing their busy academic and extra curricular schedules, exploring ways to cope with mental, emotional, and social stressors.

Lastly, I am dedicated to approaching the therapeutic relationship with curiosity, creativity, exploration, humor, and an open heart. I believe that we are all capable of cultivating radical self love and deeper loving kindness for others. Ultimately, I feel, deep within my cells, that we are all intrinsically connected beings, and like plants and animals, we have an innate drive--not only to survive, but to thrive and grow. Through meaningful, connected relationships with ourselves and others, I know that we can cultivate greater self awareness, understanding, and empathy. With this, therapy can be a transformational relationship and a catalyst for change; supporting us in living more authentically and wholeheartedly together.
