Life can be overwhelming, and finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting step. Whether you're exploring your identity, feeling stuck in a school/life transition, experiencing relationship conflict, or navigating anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms, I’m here to help. I believe that deep healing occurs through attunement and that all parts of you deserve a voice. Using an integrative approach, I will support you in building self trust, curiousity, compassion, clarity, confidence and in finding calm. I am trained in EMDR, Parts work, somatic methods, and creative approaches. Additionally, I can offer Ketamine Assisted therapy (KAP).
Finding the right therapist for you is an important decision. If it sounds like my approach may be a good fit, please reach out to crsscheduling@crscounseling.com and ask for a free consultation or appointment with Farrin. For ongoing therapy, I offer telehealth sessions, walk and talk or nature based therapy at various locations and in person sessions in Westminster, CO.
