Farrah Chrstos - Granville Counseling Collective
Hello! I make the therapy process as easy as possible for my clients, offering after hours, weekend, and same day services when available. I can help you feel better and ready to tackle whatever it is you need support with. You will feel comfortable in our warm, approachable boutique therapy office and be provided excellent care. I provide excellent customer service and accessibility to a small caseload of clients. I worked on Denison University's campus directly with college students for 5 years and OSU's campus for 3, so I am very familiar with academic, extra-curricular, and athletic demands, social dynamics and systems navigation of the college student experience.
I can help you with a variety of concerns including grief and loss, anxiety, depression and suicidality, ADHD, issues of race and class, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship issues. My goal is to create an accepting and validating environment where you can explore your strengths and values to help navigate life’s challenges.
The therapeutic relationship is the most significant component of the healing process. I recognize it can be incredibly difficult to reach out to a stranger. Please know that I welcome you as you are. Together, we will explore the story of you, the systems in which you are a part of, and how your current experiences will shape your future.
