College was a tricky time for me. It was a time of loss, big decisions, and anxiety. I really needed all the support I could get. I remember it well and was really close to quitting.
Fast forward many years, as I've learned some incredibly useful therapy skills as an adult, I hope to pass these skills on to those that are in search of them. We are all imperfect humans and we can all benefit from the skills of self-compassion and therapy, even if it is simply to understand ourselves better then make life decisions based on that new information.
If you're interested in creative ways to approach therapy, particularly with art therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, I'd love to work with you.
I work through a platform called Headway to help you use your insurance (more insurance options to come in the near future).
