If you’ve ever felt out of place, unsure of yourself, or disconnected from who you really are, you’re not alone. As a minority therapist and trauma specialist based in Fairfax, Virginia, I support individuals—especially students and young adults—who are navigating the weight of cultural expectations, life transitions, and unresolved emotional pain. Many of the clients I work with are trying to better understand themselves while juggling pressure, self-doubt, and a quiet sense of not quite fitting in. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with support that truly sees you.

I specialize in trauma recovery using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based approaches that help you heal at the root. I also offer therapy intensives for clients who want focused, accelerated support. But more than the modalities I use, I bring my lived experience into this work. I know what it’s like to question your worth or carry invisible burdens, and I’m passionate about helping others find their way back to themselves. In our work together, you don’t need to perform, explain everything, or have it all figured out. You can come as you are.

The clients I connect best with are thoughtful, self-aware, and often carrying more than they let on. You might be the strong one in your circles, the caretaker, or the first in your family to pursue therapy—and that can feel both empowering and isolating. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, family conflict, or identity struggles, I’m here to help you make sense of your story and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked or silenced.

Therapy doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. In my practice, it’s a space of warmth, collaboration, and real transformation. If you’re ready to explore healing, rebuild your relationship with yourself, and take steps toward long-term growth, I’d be honored to support you.
