Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right fit matters. I believe that healing happens within safe relationships and I aim to provide a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and encouraged to move toward real and lasting change.

Many of my clients feel stuck or unsure where to begin but want to feel better, understand themselves, and build stronger connections. This is possible through exploration of your relationships, experiences, and authentic self.

I work with clients navigating relationship struggles, identity development, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Sometimes words aren’t enough—and that’s okay. Through the addition of play, art, and other expressive mediums, we can uncover patterns and possibilities that foster healing, connection, and authenticity.
