I was a client before I became a practitioner and still utilize my own therapist from time to time. I do on-line telehealth. I encourage my clients to get cozy with a coffee, tea, favorite blanket, hoodie, and animal in lap if applicable. The online process is very convenient and easy to do.

We are all swimming in this pool of life and suffering is inevitable, my job is to help you navigate it in a way that you feel supports your best self.
