Young adulthood is tough, and I love helping my clients learn how to balance the stress of college with the rest of their life. I have worked with many young adults who struggle with perfectionism or burnout. For specific treatment concerns, I specialize in working with young adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, BFRBs (skin picking/hair pulling), insomnia/sleep optimization, and depression. I can help if you're curious if you have a specific diagnosis and want to learn more, or if you're looking to understand yourself better and feel like you have the tools you need to handle whatever life throws your way.
