Navigating young adulthood in college is not for the faint of heart. This is a time when you may be navigating relationships, experiencing academic stressors, asking questions about identity, and figuring out the best way to cope with all of the above (among other things). Together, we can work to create a safe space where you can process these stressors and find relief through feeling seen, heard, and understood.

It's incredibly important for me to create safety and honor the unique background of all of my clients. I am sex positive, body neutral, 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming. I'm passionate about working with neurodivergent and chronically ill and/or disabled folks. My areas of interest include working with complex trauma, attachment concerns and/or family of origin issues, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, identity exploration, and grief/loss.

Let's partner together to create space for your mental health. Feel free to reach out to see if we can be a good fit!
