Evan Klein
Do you feel anxious or overwhelmed by life? Are you struggling with relationships? Do you feel stuck, lost or unable to move toward what matters to you? There are many reasons that people become overwhelmed by the twists and turns of life, and it’s perfectly natural to find yourself struggling sometimes. In a society that values productivity and progress, you might feel like you’re failing if you’re not moving forward. However, life often isn’t a linear path, and learning to accept ourselves in this moment can help us find our way.
I specialize in mindfulness, self-compassion and somatic practices, such as yoga and meditation to help people become more grounded and regulated. My intention is to help you feel seen, understood and validated for who you are. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and find your own capacity to create the life you desire.
When you’re struggling, it’s important to know that you’re not alone and finding the right support is essential. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I enjoy co-creating the path based on what feels most supportive for you. If this resonates with you, please feel free to reach out and we can discuss the possibility of working together.
