Do you sometimes feel as though you are an actor, playing a role in public, but living very differently in private? Do you engage in behaviors that you might not be totally proud to reveal? Maybe its getting high, or gaming, or gambling or porn. To me, it doesn't really matter. and it doesn't really matter whether these actions are seen by others as "good" or "bad." My concern is you. If you are engaging in behaviors that you feel ashamed of, that you have tried to cut down or cut out but couldn't, then I want to help. We can work together to identify what is helpful and what is not, see where these behaviors fit into your life and make adjustments as needed.
