Hello, I'm Esther. Do you notice that you get tired easily and lack energy without medical reasons? Do you feel sad, hopeless, worthless, and empty? Do you sometimes react adversely to triggers that remind you of past traumatic experiences? If so, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges.
I believe that your motivation is key to success and that all motivation must start with a destination, chosen by you. I see myself as just a facilitator, guiding you toward that destination. In our sessions, I encourage you to identify your strengths. By recognizing your strengths, you will be able to maximize them and use them to overcome your obstacles. I often ask clients questions to stimulate self-awareness. Many clients have told me that my questions really help them work through many of their obstacles. Whatever challenges you are facing, I offer you a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment.
My approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and rational-emotive therapy. I often incorporate mindfulness, insight-oriented approaches, and storytelling in my sessions, depending on an individual's unique needs. Lifeâs journey can be a challenge. I am here to support and empower you on this journey.
