Together, we will explore your experiences and develop practical, personalized strategies to help you build resilience and move toward emotional wellness.
I am fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to serving underserved communities, particularly the Latino population. I strive to ensure that every client feels understood within the context of their culture, identity, and lived experience.
