Essence Mitchell
I am a Resident in Counseling who aims to provide my clients with warmth and compassion. I approach therapy from the perspective that healing is possible, and everyone can work towards overcoming life's challenges. It is my goal to create a safe space and welcoming environment for clients to become the best versions of themselves.
I use a person-centered approach by providing clients with a nonjudgmental setting. I am skilled in helping clients of all ages facilitate healing from depression, anxiety, trauma, and abuse. I will help my clients build on their strengths to develop the tools needed to reach their fullest potential.
I applaud you for taking this first step in your therapeutic journey. If you decide to take this next step with me, you will be met with empowerment, respect, and empathy. Feel free to email me to schedule your first appointment and I hope to connect with you soon!
