Esprit Therapeutics

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 27 days ago

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I like to consider myself your partner in overcoming life’s challenges and approach therapy from a collaborative, open, nonjudgmental stance. I have expertise in treating adults with anxiety, trauma, and navigating sudden life changes (grief and loss, relationship changes, etc). I also have a special interest in working with military folks and former "military brats". I also provide ADHD evaluations for accommodations.

I'm an integrationist, drawing from a variety of evidence-based theories to craft a personalized intervention just for you. My philosophy: you are the expert in your experience. In this chaotic world, I'll be your compass, helping you navigate through the noise and come out on the other side confident in your choices and actions.
