Hello! I am so glad that you are here! “Learning about oneself takes a lifetime of work, but it is worth it,” is a favorite quote of mine from Fred Rogers...Being here suggests there may be something meaningful you are ready to explore and I am here to share with you that you do not have to do this important work alone! I truly believe healing happens through connection. So let’s connect!

Whether you are a younger or older adult, I am here to walk alongside you and know firsthand the impact supportive therapy can have. My mission is to help bring more peace into your life.

I bring over twenty years of experience supporting youth and families as a teacher and tutor in the education world. This work shaped my deep passion for social and emotional wellness, advocacy, empathy, inclusivity, and social justice and led me to pursue mental health counseling.

I take an experiential, individualized, and integrative approach to counseling, shaping sessions around you/your child/your family and what feels most supportive in the moment. Sessions may be reflective and conversational or more creative and playful! I look forward to connecting with you and your inner child soon!
