Hey there, college students. Yes, you with the overloaded Canvas dashboard and the existential crisis in your “notes” app.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, distracted, or like you're one group project away from losing it, you're not alone. I'm a therapist who gets it because I’ve lived it.

I was the first in my family to go to college, juggling 40+ hour work weeks, social anxiety, and undiagnosed ADHD, all while trying to decode APA citations like they were ancient hieroglyphics. Oh, and I became pregnant during undergrad, which made me the proud owner of both a baby bump and student loan debt at the same time.

So when I say I understand the pressure, the burnout, the identity crisis, and the late-night spirals… I truly mean it. I’ve sat in those same classrooms, fought those same battles (both emotional and financial), and still somehow figured out how to move forward with compassion, humor, and plenty of coffee.

Now, I help college students just like you navigate all the “life stuff” that no syllabus ever prepares you for:

Managing anxiety and stress

Coping with ADHD

Building confidence and social skills

Balancing school, work, relationships, and your mental health

Processing identity, life transitions, and unexpected curveballs

Whether you’re barely hanging on or just want a space to breathe and figure things out, I'm here. Therapy with me is judgment-free, human, and yes, sometimes even funny (because if we can’t laugh about the chaos of adulthood, what are we even doing?).

Let’s talk. Your mental health deserves as much attention as your GPA.
