Are you feeling stuck in a certain pattern of thoughts or behaviors that you find worrisome or troubling? Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed in your life and are beginning to wonder if you may benefit from some additional support. I have worked and trained in a variety of mental health settings including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, medical hospitals and college campuses.

I have experience treating young adults and adults struggling with disordered eating, chronic disease or illness, anxiety, trauma, depression, substance misuse, difficult relationships and career/school related stress.

I believe the relationship you build with your therapist is of the utmost importance. My style is supportive, direct and interactive. Together we can come up with new ways of coping to manage the stress in your life. I welcome the opportunity to work with people of all gender identities and all body shapes and sizes.

Please note the best way to get in touch with me is via email.
