I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor in Colorado. I’ve spent the last decade+ working with elite performers (athletes, high achieving students & professionals) as they navigate mental health challenges in order to perform in all aspects of their lives. I started working with elite performers in eating disorder and substance use treatment facilitates. Eventually, I became embedded in CU Boulder's Athletic Department, overseeing the mental health of all the student-athletes.
My mission is to provide a healing environment for people who are struggling and help them reach their full potential. I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy.
