Erin Robbins
With experience across college counseling centers, private practice, and intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, I've had the privilege of supporting students through a wide range of challenges.
I genuinely enjoy working with college students. There's something special about accompanying individuals as they navigate increased independence, discover who they're becoming, and build the skills they need to thrive. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and executive functioning challenges. Whether you're struggling with managing your coursework, feeling overwhelmed by stress, or finding it difficult to regulate your emotions, I'm here to help you develop practical strategies and deeper self-understanding.
I believe the college years are about more than just academics—they're about learning who you are and how to move through the world with confidence and resilience. I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
