College can be really hard — it definitely was for me. I struggled with the transition, felt lost in who I was, and went through a lot: relationship issues, self-esteem stuff, grief, even addiction. That’s part of what brought me to therapy, and eventually to becoming a therapist myself.

Now, I work with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of who they are. I know how lonely it can feel when things get heavy — and I also know that healing is possible. My approach is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I won’t give you generic advice or try to “fix” you — instead, we’ll explore what’s going on in a way that feels real, safe, and supportive.

I specialize in trauma, identity, grief, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I’m also LGBTQ+ affirming and really care about creating space for all parts of who you are. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We can start wherever you are.
