Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I have nearly seven years of experience providing therapy. I received my MA in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. I am able to provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I have experiencing providing counseling on a college campus.

I am committed to a collaborative approach and to fostering healthy relationships for my clients—both with themselves and others. I believe in utilizing an authentic and non-judgmental therapeutic style for clients to feel empowered to work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family conflict, trauma, grief, difficulty with change, or just feeling stuck.

My goal for my clients is to help them navigate their concerns through the development of tools, skills, and insights. Therapy is a safe space to process and collaborate together in a warm and empathetic environment.
