Hi, I'm Erin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly two decades of experience in human services. I understand how overwhelming life can get, especially when you’re juggling complex emotions, relationships, or past trauma. Whether you’re feeling stuck in a difficult relationship, dealing with anxiety or depression, navigating the justice system, or facing challenges unique to women’s reproductive health, I’m here to offer support without judgment.

My journey started in law enforcement, where I witnessed firsthand how people’s struggles were often met with punitive measures instead of compassion and care. I shifted into social work because I believe everyone deserves the chance to process their experiences in a safe, supportive space. My approach to therapy is authentic, empathetic, and direct—I'm here to walk with you through the tough stuff, offering real solutions, not just quick fixes.

I specialize in couples therapy and relationship issues, from conflict resolution to navigating the aftermath of infidelity or separation. I also work closely with women on reproductive mental health, helping with concerns like fertility, postpartum challenges, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. If trauma, life transitions, or substance use have been weighing on you, we can tackle those together, too. Using techniques like motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, I’ll help you develop coping strategies that actually work for your life.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Therapy isn’t easy, but it can be transformative. Let’s work together to turn your challenges into opportunities for growth and healing.

When I'm not working, you can find me unwinding on a walk through nature or treating myself to a fresh manicure—it’s the little things that make a difference! If you're ready to take the next step, I'm ready to listen.
