Are you tired of feeling "not like yourself?" Life is not always easy. We come across challenges in our daily lives that are hard to cope with, causing us to feel stuck, confused, overwhelmed, or on edge. Transitions, such as going to college, starting a new career, or becoming a parent, can be welcome changes but can also be hard to manage. My background in both Social Work and Child Development gives me a unique, holistic perspective that informs my practice. I particularly enjoy using my knowledge and skill set to help both young adults and parents in many stages of their journey work through the challenges that come with their phases of life.

Reaching out for help is hard! I hope to make the process feel easy and less intimidating. If you are struggling with life's challenges, send me a message and we can talk more!
