I help youth and families communicate better and enjoy time together more. If you are experiencing relationship difficulties or struggling with the effects of stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, or grief, I would be honored to support you. I am especially passionate about counseling diverse families and people of all ages while they navigate life transitions, identity development, and learning or social-emotional concerns. As a former teacher with eight years of experience in public schools, I am also skilled at supporting students and parents as they work to meet their educational goals.
