I offer a collaborative and affirming space where you can deepen self-understanding, build inner strength, and move forward with greater confidence. I believe that every person has the capacity to change, grow, and create a more meaningful life. I offer supportive, affirming space where healing and transformation are possible. Grounded in evidence-based therapies and mindful presence, I walk alongside clients as they build resilience, uncover inner strengths, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and purpose.

My goal in working with college students is to offer a laid-back, supportive space where they can feel seen and understood while navigating the challenges of emerging adulthood. With an attuned presence and a foundation in mindfulness practices, I help students slow down, tune into themselves, and build skills for managing stress, relationships, and identity exploration. My goal is to empower individuals to approach life with greater clarity, balance, and confidence, both on campus and beyond.

I have over 15 years of experience working in the therapy field. I have worked with a variety of individuals. I have additional training in working with symptoms of anxiety, PTSD, depression, and Alcohol Use disorders. I worked extensively with LGBTQA and Veteran populations.
