I specialize in working with people exploring their gender, sexuality, identity, and self-worth, particularly those within the LGBTQIA+ community. I also work with individuals who are processing the impact of religious or spiritual experiences that may have felt restrictive, confusing, or harmful. Whether you’re working through anxiety, navigating change, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
In our work together, you’ll find a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your emotions, build self-compassion, and move toward meaningful change. My approach is grounded in Person-Centered, Relational Cultural, and Narrative Therapy, with a deep belief in the power of connection and authentic expression.
My goal is to help you gain clarity, challenge unhelpful patterns, and foster greater confidence and connection so you can live more fully and authentically.
