I specialize in therapy for people who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, and stress, who want to free themselves from the hamster wheel of pleasing, perfecting, and performing in order to live a life with less stress, more meaning, and greater ease. While your life looks great on paper, on the inside you may find yourself struggling and have a hard time asking for help.
There is a better way, with effective strategies and tools you can use right away to release the anxiety and need for control while feeling more empowered, calm, and confident.
With over 20 years of experiences as a therapist, I offer a tailored approach based on your unique goals, interests, and needs which may include mindfulness, play, and/or traditional talk therapy. Outdoor sessions are offered to those living in or willing to travel to Boston, while telehealth is available across Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont.
