I help dedicated young people learn to loosen the hold of intense thoughts and anxieties to feel empowered and competent in what they do. It’s hard to get things done because of thoughts and worries that hold you back even though you know you want to let them go. And even when you do accomplish your tasks efficiently the inner toll it takes feels much greater than the task itself. Sometimes the physical toll of all this mental baggage is apparent and you feel it in your body. With dedication practice and support it is possible to string together more moments of peace until one day, as you continue to practice, you realize your subjective experience is completely different! Peace is possible.
