Erika Schweizer-Boehler

A major inspiration for me to become a therapist was my five years as a Director of Programs for a Los Angeles non-profit called Seen and Heard, where I provided professional development through the performing arts to youth and young adults transitioning out for foster care, as well as organizations supporting youth coming out of trafficking situations. By creating a client-centered space that fosters safety, trust, and authenticity. I will be integrating art and creativity into our work, I provide alternative ways for you to express yourself, especially when words alone may not capture their emotions or experiences. I encourage collaboration, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey. YOU are the expert on your life. By honoring your lived experiences, strengths, and personal goals, I help you develop greater self-awareness and resilience. I have endless activities to explore and develop greater insight!
