Ericka Latham

Hello, I'm Ericka, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the beautiful state of Colorado. I earned my degree in clinical mental health counseling from Adams State University, and I am passionate about supporting adults of all ages through their unique journeys. My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, with a particular focus on helping clients navigate life transitions and stress. I also provide dedicated support for the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring a safe and affirming space for all my clients.

In our work together, I aim to help you stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with your inner emotions. Instead, we will work on accepting these deeper feelings as appropriate responses to certain situations, allowing you to move forward in your life with greater ease and understanding. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of your relationships, and find meaning in your experiences.

I believe in offering comprehensive therapeutic services, which means I may suggest alternative interventions, supports, or treatments that could be beneficial for you. It's important to me that you have access to all the resources you need, both within and outside of therapy.

As a proud Colorado native, I have been living in Colorado Springs with my partner and our dog since 2017. Being integrated with my community and providing excellent services to my clients is incredibly important to me. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring the natural beauty of Colorado and staying connected with the vibrant local culture.
