At The Strong Friend’s Resting Place, I help high-achieving women navigate anxiety, trauma, and burnout with trauma-informed, compassionate care. In our sessions, there’s no need to perform. Just a safe, grounded space to rest, regulate, and reconnect with your true self. Using a blend of faith-integrated, trauma-informed therapy and compassionate clinical care, I help women reconnect with themselves emotionally, spiritually, and somatically. In our sessions, there’s no need to perform. No cape required. Just a safe space to rest, reflect, and be.
