Hello! I am a Licensed Therapist in New York. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages who are truly interested in making positive changes that will bring them closer to their own personal goals. I am a married mother of two boys, which has provided me with additional insights and experience that influence my therapeutic skillset.

Therapy is a collaborative process that begins with the establishment of a trusting, therapeutic relationship. It is my view that therapy is client led and that clients are the experts on themselves and their experiences. Together, we will co-construct goals that are achievable and meaningful to you.

I would like to support you in your overall mental and emotional wellness goals through the use of evidenced based practices while giving targeted feedback and therapeutic insights that will help you to better understand how to move closer to the person that you want to become.
