Erica Leon, MS, RD, CEDS, is the owner of Erica Leon Nutrition & Associates, a group nutrition practice based in White Plains, NY. Her team of dietitians practice virtually and see patients of all ages, in many states across the country. They have a specialty in working with teens, college students, and young adults, and take many insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, the Empire Plan (NYSHIP), Oxford, and UnitedHealthcare.

With more than 40 years of experience, she and her team help individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating to develop a positive relationship with food, weight, and body image.
Erica is certified as an eating disorder specialist with The International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals and as an Intuitive Eating Counselor.
