Often the world’s expectations of us can be overwhelming and lead to the neglect of our own needs, wants, & truth. Finding a therapist who truly understands your lived experience can be life-changing. As a psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore identity, navigate relationships, heal from trauma, and cope with the stressors of living in a world whose demands can feel mounting. I also provide relationship therapy for a range of relationship constellations, including ENM, and am queer and kink affirming.

I have experience working with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, and personal and professional life transitions. I also specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and first responders/caregivers who often struggle to find a therapeutic space that feels both safe and truly understanding.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve had invalidating experiences in the past. If you're looking for a therapist who will honor your story and walk with you through whatever you're facing, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit.
