Erica Craig

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, RDT-BCT
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Life can be full of instability and stuck spots, especially with the world in such flux. I am a psychotherapist that uses talk therapy, creative expression, and embodied techniques to help people get unstuck and move through tough times. We'll work together to bring out your strengths and strategize to solve problems.

Some clients are comfortable with creative therapy techniques (such as art and drama) and others prefer to focus on talking things through -- we will work to find an approach that feels right to you.

I'm committed to compassion, understanding and honesty. I'll work within your comfort but also challenge you to work hard for yourself. I invite you to reach out via email or phone to see if I'm a good fit for you!
