I understand that at times, being human is hard. It is natural to have psychological and physical reactions to life events, such as changes, challenges, as well as traumatic experiences. As your therapist, I will help support you by simply being a listening ear and validating your experience. In addition, I can provide you with the opportunity to learn skills for behavioral change and symptom management.

I believe that transformation and growth occurs through collaboration of appropriate interventions and a developed sense of self-awareness. My approach to therapy is eclectic and attachment-based. This means that we will build a therapeutic relationship that is based on a foundation of safety, trust, and support. Together, we will tailor your treatment according to your needs. The space I offer is a judgment-free zone, a comfortable place for you to be yourself. I would be honored to hear your story and provide you with the care you need and deserve. I look forward to embarking on this journey of healing with you.
