As an LMHC who has ADHD and also specializes in ADHD, I understand these struggles. With 9 years of experience, I have worked with all sorts of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I work with young adults and adults. I am straight/Cis, but my clients are pretty evenly split between straight/Cis and LGBTQ.

I take Aetna, United, Cigna and most BCBs plans including Excellus.
