My Method:
*The first session is designed to learn about you, your concerns, and what goals you are struggling to meet on your own. We develop an immediate action plan to start in the upcoming week.
*The next few sessions will help you build new healthy habits, routines, and practices to help you problem solve with greater independence, and have greater mastery over daily challenges.
* We end by mutual agreement, and you can always come back for a 'drop-in session', or resume a few sessions to tackle any new areas of difficulty.
My work is intended to be brief, focused, and action-oriented to get you back on track quickly!
