College can be one of the most exciting and challenging times in your life. Between adjusting to new responsibilities, balancing academics, friendships, and possibly work, it’s normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future. You don’t have to go through it alone.

My counseling practice is here to support you through whatever you may be facing—whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity exploration, or simply navigating the ups and downs of college life. Together, we’ll create a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, gain new tools, and build resilience to help you succeed both academically and personally.

Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow into the best version of yourself during your college journey.
