We work with highly intelligent individuals and high achievers, such as CEO, executives, engineers, pilots, professional athletes, college students, federal and government employees who may need a discreet and understanding counselor.
Unresolved trauma and high-pressure performance can affect our ability to navigate everyday life, including the stressors and pressures that might trigger us, make us feel stuck, or occupy our thoughts and reactions, affecting our ability to live life the way we intend to.
Pursuing counseling through Empowering Wellness will provide you with a supportive one-on-one relationship with a counselor who can give you the tools to navigate through what is standing in your way.
