I work with folks who experience anxiety, trauma, difficulty with life transitions, struggles with family dynamics, difficulty setting appropriate boundaries and LGBTQIA+ related struggles. I work to create a safe space for you to feel comfortable, supported and heard throughout the therapy process. We will work together to develop coping skills and utilize your inner strengths to achieve your goals.

I believe in highlighting strengths, empowering individuals and helping others set healthy boundaries. I offer an empathetic place to process while also challenging you to be outside your comfort zone. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative care and I am also EMDR Trained.
