Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 26 years of professional work experience. I have successfully helped clients with such issues as stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem and confidence, & depression. My style of therapy is very upfront, as I have found that being direct with clients (and them being direct as well) has been the most effective way to progress through challenges. At the same time, I work hard to treat everyone with respect and compassion. I also love to laugh, and utilize humor as part of my therapy regularly.

I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that effectively meets your needs and increases overall happiness and life satisfaction. Presently, I am providing teletherapy appointments for new clients. I am accepting new clients across the state of Michigan who have BCBS or BCN. I also accept private pay clients.
