We are Empower Counseling, focusing on complicated anxiety, depression and trauma. We are an LGBTQIA+ allied and affirming, socially active therapy group located in Suwanee, GA. We also have trained therapists in EMDR and DBT-informed psychotherapy.
We help busy people get unstuck and feel confident. Our clients struggle like you do. Despite being smart, funny, and hardworking, life is hard. They try their best, but they worry that maybe their best just isn't good enough? Nights are often sleepless because they can't shut their minds off. Not only is there an infinitely long list of things to do, but their feelings of anxiety, stress, and sadness are overwhelming. And their confidence is practically non-existent.
Before our clients came to see us, they thought the solution was more of the same: to just work harder, smarter, and faster. They didn't feel like they had time to take care of themselves. And, if they stopped to think about it, they were worried that their problems were their own fault. They were miserable at the thought of being forever stuck in the pit of exhaustion and shame.
And like our clients, you deserve to take time to care for yourself. If you want to be confident in who you are, we'd love to help you get there.
Call or email now. You don't have to figure it out alone. We can help.
