Sadness and fear live inside us all. At times, we are so used to feeling depressed and anxious that it seems as though there is no point to try and work through these struggles. But there is a part of us that wonders- maybe there is a way to find contentment in life? Maybe there is a way to make peace with pain? Maybe I do not need to feel so alone? In our therapy practice, we provide you with clinicians who are both skilled at their work as therapists and empathic and warm human beings. We value creating an accepting and safe environment whereby you feel comfortable expressing your struggles and fears.
Our therapists are trained in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT and are well versed in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. We know that the relationship between a therapist and client is key to successful work. This is why we do our utmost to pair you with a clinician you will feel comfortable with.
College can be a challenging time, with many added responsibilities. This is why our team includes an executive functioning coach, helping students navigate the challenges and demands of college life.
Our staff comes from varying backgrounds and life experiences allowing them to be accepting and open-minded to all kinds of challenges. Everyone deserves high-quality mental health care. We are here to provide you with the support you need. Please reach out today- we are available for sessions in person or virtually for your convenience.
