Emme Biggin
I provide a supportive and practical approach to help them navigate challenges such as stress, performance anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, low self-confidence, and difficulty managing emotions. I work with children, adolescents, student-athletes, performers, and high-achieving young people.
As both an athletics coach and counselor, I understand the demands that come with balancing performance and everyday life. I use play therapy CBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic-based approaches, and play therapy to help children and teens build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience.
With a warm, approachable, and collaborative style, my goal is to help young people thrive both in and beyond their activities while supporting their overall well-being and helping them find a healthy balance.
