My approach includes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals struggling with concerns such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, difficulty managing or regulating emotions, self-esteem issues, life-transitions, academic struggles and college stressors.
