Clinical Social Work/Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Accepting clients Last Updated 26 days ago

Are you anxious, overwhelmed, or in need of a space to talk things through? You are in the right place. My name is Emma, and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I love to support clients in deepening self-awareness and developing strategies for feeling more grounded and satisfied in life. Alongside this person-centered and emotion-focused approach, I also use CBT, EXRP, and BA for more highly targeted anxiety, OCD, and depression interventions that are effective and evidence-based.

The therapeutic relationship creates a safe space to openly process thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. As your therapist, it is my job to ensure that you feel understood, safe, and supported as we work together to help you achieve your goals. You are the expert on you, and I am your expert guide through the therapy process.

I respect the autonomy and values of each individual client and come to the therapy process offering a balance of compassion and guidance. If you think I might be the right therapist to support you in your journey, please reach out to see about scheduling a free 15-minute initial consultation. I look forward to meeting you.
